Job Description
Go-to Influencer partnership success
- Build a network with influencers and maintain a good relationship with them.
- Frequently catch-up, discuss with Influencers to develop new partnership models and support them having more commercial packages.
- Recommend the right influencers based on Client's demands, briefs, requests
- Manage P&L of each project to ensure Influencers and the Company meet win-win deal.
- Hands-on into execution when collaborating with Account Planning Team & Operation Team to exercise quality control over deliverables to achieve client's satisfaction.
- Attend in meetings with client: Joining briefings, presenting and persuading Influencers in a good partnership manner.
- Join in AOP planning and pitching strategy.
- Manage P&L of each campaign.
- Lead and train executives as assigned and support the Business Unit Head to build good quality.
Know-how Expert
- Deep-dive analysis of content marketing to identify the upcoming marketing trends and recommend indications for clients.
- Possess a good sense of social trends and identify new faces rising star influencers to work with
- Examine clients businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to propose the right influencers
Operation & Creative Success
- Manage data-base and keep updating the system
- Analyze Influencer's performance and efficiency
- Be creative in handling miscommunication with Influencers
Requirements
- Graduated in Marketing, PR or Communication field
- At least 2 years of experience related to Influencer Marketing, Communication, Social
- Excellent in English written and communication skills
- Ability to present ideas for clients
- Ability to catch up with new media trends
- The ability to make complex subjects understandable
- The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
