Job Responsibilities
1. IT Hardware:
- Managing and implementing the effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure, Email Server, Cloud Server
- Managing Windows Server administration for mission-critical systems, including Active Directory management (GPOs/group management/permissions), DNS, DHCP
- Responsible for installing and troubleshooting Windows based applications such as SQL Server/Web Servers/Middleware/File share applications
- Update and file IT policy, guidelines and technical manuals, ensure company employees acknowledgment of these standards, orient newcomers and guests on IT Policy for security commitment.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, and VPNs
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses; conduct technical research and prepare and present reports on findings; analyse network equipment and software and make recommendations; evaluate, acquire, and coordinate computer hardware upgrades/installations.
2. Software Development
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of the Exact Globe ERP system
- Develop & implement a plan to develop information technology application solutions for the Epro system (a customize ERP system using .Net framework)
- Design and develop data conversion processes using industry standard methodologies to extract, transform, and load data from source to target databases for use in reporting or conversions; prepare test data and verify system test results; analyse and resolve system problems; consult with users, project team members (both technical and functional) on questions or problems.
- Develop and maintain reports created against departmental databases using a variety of methods.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems for production support.
3. Software Implementation
- Deploy business management software FAST ERP including Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales
- Support to migrate data from MISA AMIS to FAST ERP system
- Re-train employees to use business management software and business processes.
- Develop and re-build solutions on Smartsheet system, templates, and custom solutions for construction, including owners, contractors, and real estate
4. Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Planning, Purchasing, Accounting, and Inventory.
- Maintain professional relationships with external auditors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within an international manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing including Software development and IT Hardware.
- Demonstrated expertise in Exact Globe ERP, FAST ERP, and MISA AMIS systems.
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
