I. Main responsibilities:

Planning and developing IT strategy:

Determine IT vision and goals for the company

Develop an IT strategy consistent with the company's business goals

Budgeting and managing IT resources

IT operations management:

Monitor and manage the company's IT systems and networks

Ensure network security and data security

Provide IT support services to employees

Deploying and applying new technology:

Research and evaluate new technologies

Deploy new technologies that suit the company's needs

Train employees to use new technologies

Cooperate with other departments:

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure IT effectively supports business operations

Participate in the development of new products and services

Helps companies improve competitiveness through effective use of IT

II. Request:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field.

Experience in managing an IT team.

Experienced in implementing large IT projects.

Knowledge:

Have in-depth knowledge of IT systems and networks.

Have knowledge of network security and data security.

Have knowledge about the block latest IT trends

Have strong knowledge of web3, blockchain, crypto technologies

Skill:

Good leadership and management skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Good problem solving and decision making skills.

Good teamwork skills.

Certificate:

Having relevant IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CISSP is an advantage.
