Information Technology Project Manager

Scope of Work

Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the Company's objectives

Cooperate with Business Analysts to not only understand the client's business needs and processes but also help our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirements.

Analyze, design, and document technical solutions to meet the business objectives.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.

Lead platform-agnostic discoveries and suggest the best-fitting solutions which are logical, meet business needs, and are platform-appropriate.

Manage adjustments to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks and identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.

Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.

Involved in the recruiting and (intern/ external) training of the Company.

Measure project performance and team members performance.

Your Skills and Experience

At least 03 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company(outsourcing).

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with Salesforce is advantaged
