Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and provide guidance to a team of fitment technicians, ensuring efficient installation and maintenance of GPS and electronic accessories (e.g., dash cameras, sensors).
- Quality Control: Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality standards and are completed within set deadlines.
- Customer Interaction: Support technicians in delivering excellent customer service during installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and address escalated customer concerns as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Work with the scheduling team to assign technicians to projects based on skill level, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Training & Development: Conduct on-the-job coaching, assess technical competencies, and ensure team members receive appropriate training.
- Issue Resolution: Oversee investigations into installation or device issues, document findings, and provide solutions to both customers and management.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular reports on installation quality, team performance, and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Ideally with Electronics/Automotive Background with Strong understanding of GPS technology, electronic installations, and vehicle systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, actionable feedback to team members.
