Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seek out and acquire new institutional assets from corporations and FIs client
  • Foster and sustain strong connections with existing institutional clients to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify corporate clients requiring enterprise-level solutions and executive introductions.
  • Keep informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.
  • Formulate and implement customized sales approaches for institutional clients.
  • Coordinate closely with departments such as Research, Investment, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Achieve or surpass designated revenue objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • More than 7 years of Corporate/B2B sales experience within financial institutions such as securities firms, asset management companies, banks, or insurance providers.
  • Candidate with experience working with Large Corporate, Large Institutional Clients are highly preferred.
  • Strong abilities in presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with proficiency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
