Position Purpose:
The Position will assist the Marketing Department in the implementation and provide project support/management as required including but not limited to:
- Assists in developing and executing marketing programs and acts as liaison between the Marketing Department and restaurant in implementing all Marketing Programs to deliver optimum business results for a McDonald's restaurant.
- Adapt global and regional brand strategies, brand associations/images, and personality to Vietnam market, ensure local relevancy while maintaining consistency
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and offline approach
- Assisting with new product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Building/ Growth
- Develop and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to drive system sales.
- Manage and work with agencies to deliver brand campaigns, monitor performance
- Executes market-wide promotions to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
- Develops and executes marketing plans to maximize sales potential within the community.
- Conducts in-restaurant implementation of new marketing plans and procedures including but not limited to merchandising.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of related education and experience in a marketing-related field
- 3-5 years related experience in F&B (preferred) or Retail roles
- Good analytical, and decision-making skills along with a proven working knowledge of sale-driven, project, and time management
- Good understanding and highly competent in strategic thinking, tactical planning, and program implementation
- Be an effective collaborator and team builder
- Demonstrated people management and team building skills
- Knowledge of the food service industry is an asset
- Thrives in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
- Must be self-motivated, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
