Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Solution design part: The goal is to coordinate sales to obtain customer orders.

1) Customer site survey

2) Solution production

3) Solution explanation

2. Implementation and delivery part: The goal is low-cost, high-quality and fast acceptance.

1) Equipment installation and commissioning

2) Project site management

3) Project acceptance promotion

3. After-sales service part: The goal is to obtain after-sales orders that satisfy customers and obtain reasonable profits.

1) Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

2) After-sales quotation

3) Follow up on transactions

4) Delivery and implementation after after-sales transactions

4. Other work such as: follow up on the progress of customer problem handling, keep in touch with the China headquarters, coordinate resources to solve customer problems, including but not limited to follow up on logistics progress, technical personnel support, etc.; assist Jiateng employees in itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, consultation and understanding of local business trips, etc.

Experience / Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Major: Mechanical Engineering & Automation/Mechatronic Engineering/Electric Engineering & Automation/Automation/Electronic & Information Engineering etc.

3. No experience needed.

4. Experience in automation equipment installation, debugging, maintenance, etc. is preferred

5. Proficient in English, understanding Chinese is preferred.
