The intern will support Customer Service Management (CSM) and Customer Journey Design (CJD) to execute CX scope of work including Retail malls (Saigon Centre, Estella Place), SUR (Saigon Centre Office), Hospitality (Sedona Suites), Residential (Celesta Rise, Estiva, Gladia) as follows:
CSM:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, SUR & Hospitality) to maintain the CX Top2Box, SLAs, and support various customer experience initiatives.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of Service Made R.E.A.L. training classes, R.E.A.L. Champions onboarding and REAL Ambassador programs.
- Gathering data to evaluate the SEP awards winners and organize the CX awards
CJM:
- Customer-Centric Workshops Assistance: Support the preparation and logistics for workshops with the Sedona team.
- Customer Interview Assistance: Assist in note-taking, documenting key insights, and follow-up actions.
- Development of Residential SOP and Service Scripts: Assist in drafting and revising standard operating procedures (SOP) for the residential sales gallery journey and handover process
- Bank Consultancy Program Assistance: Help in organizing meetings and presentations for the bank consultancy program.
- Market Intelligence Report Compilation: Gather and analyze market data relevant to our business units and competitors. Assist in the creation of detailed market intelligence reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills and qualifications requirement:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Research experience is preferrd
- Proficiency with using the Microsoft Office
- Have experience in video creation software/ app (Canva, Capcut) is a plus.
- Communication and teamwork
Education:
- Fresh graduated or Final year student, major in Media/ PR Marketing/ Customer Service/ Business Administration
