Our ideal candidate profile
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Passionate in sales & business development
- Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, and a growth mindset (always self-learning for personal development);
- Fluent in English;
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives;
Role Description
1. Business Development:
- Identify potential clients, gather their contact information, and introduce the company's services through visits, calls, emails, events;
- Reach out and initiate contact with new prospective clients to build a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects;
- Set up introduction meetings and manage the meeting schedules effectively;
- Maintain day-to-day contact and follow up with clients regarding introduction meetings, proposals, contracts, etc;
- Develop and execute market strategies to penetrate new markets and meet/exceed revenue targets;
2. Recruitment cycle sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates;
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments;
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database;
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients;
- Attend industry events to expand professional network;
