Description & requirements:
- Drive business growth by leveraging cross-functional teams to offer unique product solutions to wholesale and retail customers.
- Lead pricing negotiations, optimize product portfolio, and build strong customer relationships for long-term, profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations, supply chain, supplier management, and value chain analysis.
Manage all tender and sales activities (costing, samples, documentation) for new and existing retail/wholesale customers, focusing on key accounts in the EU, Asia (China, Japan, etc.), and the Middle East.
Lead the commercialization of new products from deal closure through product and packaging development to shipment.
Arrange post-production deliveries for DDP customers in Europe, ensuring delivery to their warehouse.
Expand existing business and develop new opportunities.
Manage sales execution, forecasts, and customer relationships.
Lead bid negotiations and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings.
Ensure excellent supply chain management.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business and/or Food Science with emphasis in Business or Marketing, or equivalent is required.
5+ years of account management experience or 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build influential relationships across teams and adapt to change.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
