Reporting to: Growth Director;
Office: 588 Luy Ban Bich St., Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu Dist., Ho Chi Minh City;
Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Saturday Morning;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and select partners: Search suitable brands according to specified requirements and criteria; Evaluate and choose the appropriate brand;
- Develop an overall Marketing and Sales plan to promote the brand;
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements between parties;
- Monitor the import process: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure procedures, documentation, and goods align with the plan;
- Monitor payments and debts: Working with related departments to ensure payments and debts are according to the plan;
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of Marketing and Sales according to the plan;
- Continuously evaluate and improve activities, programs to achieve business goals;
- Other arising tasks if any.
REQUIREMENTS:
Compulsory:
- Fluent English skills, both in communication and writing;
- High ownership + high commitment;
- Detailed + careful;
- Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends;
- Master the international purchasing process;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners.
As a big plus if
- Have Marketing & Sales mindset;
- Interest in technology, willingness to experiment with new technologies;
- Extensive experience using branded/high-end products;
- Candidates with experience in premium brands in the industry.
