Job Description
- Secure new business leads, focusing on the execution and follow-up of matters related to residential development projects, including the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of investment opportunities
- Concentrate on residential investments and identify new business opportunities in emerging markets like logistics
- Conduct feasibility studies on potential deals, including thorough market research and due diligence on prospective projects
- Oversee the company's asset portfolio, including residential, office, retail, and serviced apartment projects
- Seek external fund investors and establish new private equity funds
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in residential property investment and development
- A strong degree in Real Estate or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial tools
- Well-established relationships with authorities and local investors
