Nhat Tin Logistics is hiring Investor Relations Manager (Immediate start required)
Working place: Tan Binh District, HCMC
Report to: CFO
Salary: 1.800 - 2.000 USD
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-IPO and post-IPO, M&A activities, including M&A investment analysis.
- Advise the Board of Directors on stock valuation and key aspects in negotiations with shareholders and strategic partners.
- Plan annual IR activities and connect with potential investors, including domestic and foreign investment funds, asset management companies, investors, and securities firms.
- Monitor and review responses to business operations and financial status inquiries, providing necessary insights as requested by analysts, securities firms, investment funds, investors, and shareholders, and seek approval from senior management before disclosing information.
- Raise capital through issuing financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, convertible bonds, etc.
- Work with consulting securities companies to execute dividend payments (cash/stock), issue bonus shares, ESOP shares, and execute buyback/sale of treasury shares in compliance with current regulations.
- Prepare proposals and reports on capital increases, stock issuance, and dividend payment plans.
- Coordinate with the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) on issues related to record dates for shareholder rights, securities registration, and depository.
- Support in the disclosure of information as required for listed companies.
- Perform other professional tasks as required by direct management and the company's leadership.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Experience working with investors, investment funds, and financial institutions is an advantage.
Professional Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, stock market, and relevant regulations.
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to clearly explain financial reports.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including preparing professional documents and public presentations.
Other Skills:
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
