Acts as liaison between the company and the public on financial and business matters.
Analyzes corporate activities for investors and develops a positive public image for the organization.
Facilitates financial analyst meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, setting the format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting.
Facilitates the company's annual meeting, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, coordinating the meeting space, arranging press coverage, and other related tasks.
Produces quarterly and annual shareholder reports.
Digital and Social Media
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and government entities.
Secure media coverage and coordinate press releases and interviews.
Monitor media presence and address reputational issues.
Create content strategies for the website and social media channels.
Corporate Communications
Develop and implement external communications strategies.
Manage corporate messaging, including reports and website content.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Support key internal initiatives and announcements.
Crisis Communications
Update crisis communications plans regularly.
Serve as the media contact during crises and coordinate responses with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, PR, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of investor relations experience
Advanced analytical skills, strong quantitative skills and established analytical ability
Ability to summarize complex concepts and present to senior level management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text
