About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Administrator to support our Information Technology Services (ITS) operations at Faraday Vietnam. This role bridges communication between our Vietnam team and HQ, helps drive IT process coordination, and ensures seamless communication, documentation, and support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the IT support ticketing system: receive user requests, forward them to the appropriate ITS personnel, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between Faraday HQ/ES and Vietnam ITS team regarding IT security, procedures, and compliance requests.
- Prepare reports, internal guidelines, and training documents to support IT operations and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate ITS updates, policies, and announcements to internal staff in an engaging and timely manner.
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to IT processes and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams (HQ/ES and VN) on project-related matters involving IT systems and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT coordination role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-functional or cross-border environments
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ticketing systems
- Good English skills (reading, writing, and communication)
- Chinese speaking is a strong plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up on tasks
