IT Administrator (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Backup Management: Develop and maintain backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.
• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Install and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and Android devices, keeping equipment updated and functional.
• Network Management: Configure and maintain LANs, WANs, network switches, and cabling for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Issue Resolution: Provide prompt support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Server Administration: Manage Windows servers, performing updates, monitoring, and security patches.
• Security Systems: Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT systems administration and network management and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and cabling.
• Experience with backup and data recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and patch management.
• Experience with virtualization and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency in English.
