Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead with at least 10 years of experience, preferably with a background in VPN/Messaging products. The candidate should be proficient in English and possess a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to guide the development of our secure VPN/messaging product.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to recommend product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Experience in VPN/messaging products will be considered a significant advantage.
- Build team, assign tasks, and manage team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with end-to-end encryption products are big plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with VPN/Messaging products is highly desirable.
