MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LAUNCHING/DELIVERING AVIATION OR LOGISTICS/FORWARDING PROJECTS
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current IT business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coach and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management and process improvement.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
