IT Helpdesk - English required

Location: Level 14, AP Tower, 518B ien Bien Phu, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District, HCMC

Report to: Director

Salary: 9.000.000 12.000.000 VND gross

SCOPE OF WORK

a/ Technical support

• Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
• Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
• In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.
• Quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.

b/ System maintenance

• Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end-user devices,...)
• Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion

c/ Service Provider Management

• Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills Required

• Major in network and computer
• Have experience from 1- 3 years in IT System Management or IT Support
• Be fluent in English communication: Able to explain technical problems in a simple way
• Working in multi-national company will be a plus
• Well-organizing and time management skills
• Be self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
• Be able to complete tasks under high pressure
