Job Description: IT Helpdesk

Company: TalentsAll's client was founded in 2015 and is growing rapidly in Europe, APAC, and the CIS. The company leverages advanced Smart Data technologies to provide top-tier consumer lending products.

They focus on automating approval and service processes for swift market adaptation. As a responsible lender, it builds long-term customer relationships, addressing both immediate financial needs and future stability.

Its integrated IT platform efficiently manages the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to automated servicing and account reconciliation.

They plan to establish a new venture in consumer finance, specifically focused on auto and motorcycle lending. This is a completely new business initiative, and the Market Research position will play a crucial role in leading and pioneering this effort.

Position: Full-time

Job Overview:

The IT Helpdesk will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all IT-related equipment and services, supporting both office and remote users, and liaising with telecom and hardware suppliers. You will work alongside the CTO and the rest of the IT team to ensure the company's technology runs efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

  • Provide IT support for both office and remote employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, Wi-Fi, and other office hardware.
  • Ensure smooth connectivity for remote workers, managing VPN access, and remote desktop software troubleshooting.

2. Office Hardware & Software Maintenance:

  • Handle installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Microsoft 365 products for the entire team.
  • Support office equipment (computers, printers, network devices, etc.) and ensure the functionality of all devices.

3. Supplier Communication:

  • Coordinate and communicate with telecom providers and hardware suppliers to resolve technical issues or service-related problems.
  • Manage service requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

4. User Training and Assistance:

  • Assist employees with using office software (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite) and provide basic troubleshooting support.
  • Provide guidance on common IT-related tasks and tools, including VPN, email setup, and remote desktop software.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing IT processes and systems for greater efficiency and security.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on technology upgrades or system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
  • English skills: Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written) for effective communication with expat colleagues and vendors.
  • Microsoft 365: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Office Hardware Knowledge: Experience with office hardware, including computers, printers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Remote Work Tools: Experience providing remote IT support, including configuring and troubleshooting remote desktop software and VPN setups.
  • Supplier Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with telecom and hardware suppliers to resolve issues.
