Job Description:

  • Oversee the network system of a resort.
  • Deploy, install, repair, and maintain: user devices (OS, MS Office, etc.), printers, servers, NAS storage.
  • Conduct inspections, propose maintenance and upgrades for the system and IT equipment.
  • Install and manage software, email systems, domains, DNS.
  • Manage printer, camera, and timekeeping systems.
  • Provide technical support to users.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements:

  • Based in Phu Quoc (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT, Network Administration, or a related field.
  • Network Administration: Strong foundation in systems and networks (Domain, DNS, IP Subnet, Firewall, Antivirus, WiFi, LAN, WAN, Storage, etc.).
  • Knowledge of GCP, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team, meticulous, enthusiastic, and ready to handle issues when they arise.
  • Passionate about learning and self-development. Responsible and proactive.
  • Basic English: Reading, Writing.
