Job Description:
- Oversee the network system of a resort.
- Deploy, install, repair, and maintain: user devices (OS, MS Office, etc.), printers, servers, NAS storage.
- Conduct inspections, propose maintenance and upgrades for the system and IT equipment.
- Install and manage software, email systems, domains, DNS.
- Manage printer, camera, and timekeeping systems.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Job Requirements:
- Based in Phu Quoc (mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT, Network Administration, or a related field.
- Network Administration: Strong foundation in systems and networks (Domain, DNS, IP Subnet, Firewall, Antivirus, WiFi, LAN, WAN, Storage, etc.).
- Knowledge of GCP, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team, meticulous, enthusiastic, and ready to handle issues when they arise.
- Passionate about learning and self-development. Responsible and proactive.
- Basic English: Reading, Writing.
