Japanese Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of technology projects within established timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. This role encompasses collaboration with senior business stakeholders to implement a diverse range of modules, manage the integration of AI vendors, guide the development of cloud-based applications, and implement solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and elicit detailed requirements.
• Present innovative technical and product solutions tailored to clients specific needs.
• Analyze business requirements thoroughly, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Proactively conduct research and analysis to recommend feasible and efficient solutions.
• Effectively track project progress and manage timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress against key milestones.
• Proactively identify potential delays or deviations and mobilize key decision-makers.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors seamlessly to execute projects.
• Communicate resource constraint issues effectively and work collaboratively to resolve them.

Skills, Experience, and Qualification Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Possession of a recognized Project Management Certification (PMP preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience spearheading and coordinating teams throughout all project management phases, from inception to execution and delivery.
• The ability to independently formulate hypotheses and establish conditions when crafting system proposals, demonstrating proficiency in developing rational system proposals and generating accurate estimates.
• A robust IT background with experience spanning the entire systems development lifecycle, encompassing all project phases: planning, initiation, elaboration, design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Mastery of project management methodologies, tools, and templates, including project planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost management.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail, the ability to
• prioritize tasks effectively, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to comprehend technical concepts, such as data relationships, software
• configurations, and AI principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation proficiency.
• Previous exposure to AI projects is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and Japanese for effective communication and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven expertise in designing and proposing technical solutions aligned with client and business objectives.
• Extensive experience in AI-powered software development, creating innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Golang, PHP, Ruby, and Java, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes and delivery pipelines, with
• experience in managing complex projects from ideation to deployment.
