About The Role
As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you'll connect clients with industry experts. Your role involves understanding clients needs and identifying the right experts to meet them. Juggling multiple projects will help you develop essential skills in sales, time management, negotiation, and professional communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conducting high-level industry and company research to identify relevant experts
- Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to engage with industry experts
- Screening experts to assess their suitability and relevance, focusing on quality
- Scheduling interviews between clients and experts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
Requirements
- 0-3 years of work experience in client service or related roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English; N3 and above proficiency in Japanese is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform high-level research and critical thinking
- A client-oriented mindset and passion for delivering quality service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
