Job Discription
a. Conduct routine accounting and tax services to clients:
Input accounting entries into accounting software.
Prepare monthly accounting reports.
Calculate monthly payroll and other liability according to payroll such as SIHIUI.
Calculate and declare taxes, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.
Communicate with clients during daily work.
Work with clients auditors and tax officers when needed.
b. Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects.
c. Assist in communication with clients in Japanese
d. Other tasks assigned by personnel at higher level.
Other Conditions
This position will be reporting directly to seniors.
This position will be reporting to a manager and a senior manager when necessary.
Location: HCM office. Normal working hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
Salary: negotiable, range of VND8-21m (gross) + 13th month salary.
Requirement
Bachelor degree in accounting, auditing, finance, banking, commerce.
Having accounting experience is more preferable
Be able to communicate in English is an advantage
Japanese certificate from N2 and above
Communication skills.
Analytical, problem solving skills.
Time management and team work.
Careful, keen on details, responsible, hard-working.
Age 22 27.
