Juice Bar Manager

MNM Hospitality is launching a New Lifestyle Juice Bar in An Thuong and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Juice Bar Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and managing a new establishment in the heart of An Thuong.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the juice bar, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, making their experience enjoyable and memorable.

- Supervise and train juice bar staff to uphold high standards of service and product quality.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty, including innovative promotions and collaborations.

- Maintain inventory and monitor product quality, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing and maintaining hygiene procedures and practices.

Requirements:

- A healthy and energetic appearance, reflecting a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

- A deep love for fruits and a strong understanding of their nutritional benefits.

- Fluency in Vietnamese and at least one more language, preferably English or Korean, to cater to a diverse customer base.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members.

- Strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, efficiently managing both operational and administrative tasks.

- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, particularly in a managerial role.

- Willingness to learn and stay updated on current health and wellness trends to offer customers the best possible experience.
