Junior Creative Designer

We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics, Southeast Asia, and globally.

Your responsibilities:

• Create unique brand identities, covering all aspects of visual design, including design systems, logos and graphical elements, photography selection, color and typography.
• Join in all stages of a creative project from mood boarding, sketching, designing to implementing assets.
• Work closely with the creative director to develop ideas.
• Work on external client projects and internal marketing/ HR projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Having basic-level skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect or Figma is a plus.
• Being able to do sketches or illustrating is a plus.
• A working knowledge of current AI tools is required: Chat GPT, Midjourney.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to conduct office communication and understand clients briefs in English.
