Job Description
- Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies in day-to-day work.
- Develop and maintain a wide range of web applications, including Interactive Websites, CRM systems, Management Platforms, and E-commerce solutions for clients based in the US, Singapore, and Vietnam.
- Opportunity to work on Mobile Application projects if you have an interest.
- Work primarily with cloud services, especially Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, SNS, etc.).
- Continuously update yourself with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new technologies. A strong programming foundation knowledge.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written); able to participate in team meetings and discussions comfortably.
- At least 1 year of experience with backend programming languages (PHP/.NET/Python/Ruby); PHP experience is highly valued but can be trained if you have a strong programming foundation.
- Experience worked with JS Framework such as: React JS or Vue.js for building interactive user interfaces. VueJS is a plus.
- Effective collaboration and communication across teams and departments.
- Understanding of system architecture design as Microservices. Having knowledge in software architecture are a big plus.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Docker (Swarm), and Cloudflare is a plus.
- Leadership and project management skills are a plus.
- Understanding user needs and focusing on delivering value to users and clients.
- Domain knowledge in CRM, Accounting, Tax, Banking, and Healthcare is an advantage.
