JOB SUMMARY
As a Junior Product Manager, you will:
- Development of marketing plans (brand strategic & operational plans), which may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), execution of marketing activities, and building promotional materials for a specific product or therapeutic area/franchise.
- In charge of product training plan/ budget development & management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of marketing plans, marketing & sales activities, and promotional materials for specific therapeutic areas/franchises or brands.
- Assist the Line Manager with managing the P&L for brands within local markets, optimizing profitability.
- Plan, organize, and hold HCP group presentations/ meetings regularly.
- Provide prompt follow-ups on HCP requests, support to manage brand/product, and collect insight and data to analyze competitive performance and trends.
- Develop marketing & sales materials aligned with strategies.
- Educate sales representatives on products and competitors.
- Coordinate and/or conduct special studies and promotional projects.
- Collaborate with field forces to ensure flawless and aligned execution of the brands plan.
- Cross-functional working to identify and evaluate new sources of business and growth for the brand.
- Develop and deliver innovative solutions and promotional levers for professional customers.
- Work with training partners to support message pull-through and key Salesforce training of marketing strategies, messaging, and materials.
- Build tactical plans based on the brand's strategic plans and get approvals. Leading all aspects of tactical implementations, including timelines.
QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES
Experience & Knowledge & Skill
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager is a plus.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think and execute innovative marketing plans.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good planning and Organizational Skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility and a proven ability to deal with complexity under time pressure.
