MAIN TASKS:
Key Account Engineer -Governmental has multifaceted role that involves both strategic and operation who be responsible for direct sales of assigned company EP Retail products within the market sectors. The position holder bases in Hanoi or Hai Phong and in charge the following tasks:
- Achieve yearly Financial Targets as determined and agreed between the Rep. and the Company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge of marine engines is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Engineer or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the marine industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude to dealing with people;
- Good command of English language (oral and written)
