While Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients, Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.
Buzz It our next business focus, which is a joint venture between Dayone and Buzzebees - SEA's leading customer engagement/ loyalty SaaS and ecommerce enabler. This joint venture (JV) will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with our existing businesses and create a unique value proposition and competitive advantage for our business in Vietnam.

II. What you need to do
- Sales and planning proposal, up-sell, cross-sell to deliver revenue of assigned accounts and meet revenue performance target.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Monitoring sales and create Performance Report (on top suggestion & upselling) submit to client by weekly.
- Develop sales plan (Excel) covered both of Physical and Non-physical rewards.
- Collect client's requirements and work with internal teams on the deals.
- In charge of all paperwork process for quotation, contract/PO and any related documents.
- Work together with PM/ Tech teams for any requirement and propose solutionsif needed to ensure the smooth implementation of client's project.
- Act as clients to follow and check any related with accounts based on client's requirement.
- Support setting up the standard operations & business processes for the business.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- III. What you should have
- At least 2++ years of experience in account management field.
- Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision due to project requirement.
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word Doc).
- Fluent in Vietnam and English.
