MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESI. Operations
- Manage the operations of livestream sessions, ensuring effective communication between internal departments and clients.
II. Account Management
- Serve as the primary client contact: Provide weekly reports, organize monthly meetings, and address client inquiries.
- Lead internal weekly meetings: Evaluate sales KPIs, operational efficiency, and propose improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the HR team: Enhance the quality of Hosts & Co-hosts to ensure effective and professional livestream sessions.
- Work with the Creative team: Develop concepts, scripts, sales ideas, and similar tasks for clients.
III. Market Research and Evaluation
- Develop suitable and optimized solutions for current clients.
- Seek and establish new business relationships with potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
Background:
- Priority for 1st-4th year university students majoring in Business Administration, E-commerce, etc., currently studying and residing in Ho Chi Minh City.
Experience:
- Previous involvement in university projects or startups is a plus.
- Passionate about Account Management and client relations.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity and experience with Business Development, Account, or Partnership Management.
- Interest in services related to e-commerce.
Professional Skills:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving, flexible thinking, and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, project management, and self-discipline.
- Proficient in English: writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
