Responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of majorclients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customerneeds and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers bycontinuously proposing solutions that meet theirobjectives
- Ensure the correct products and services aredelivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between keycustomers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customersand deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that willturn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts tointernal and external stakeholders using key accountmetrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant industries
- 4-5 years or more of commercial sales/ account management in freight forwarding, warehousing & logistics.
- Freight forwarding, warehousing and logistics knowledge required.
- Excellent analytical skills required.
- Effective Communication, Result-Driven, Negotiating and influencing,Reliability
