JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Develop & implement Sales/ Key Account Development strategies to ensure business growth
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, programs, activations, and budgets aligning with long-term business goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends and evaluate performance against targets.
- Ensure adherence to annual budgets.
2/ Key Accounts Capability Training and Support:
- Train and support key accounts in Amway product knowledge and business knowledge
- Develop and manage training programs for key accounts to enhance their capabilities and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training programs for targeted segments.
3/ Key Account Partnership Building and Management:
- Counsel top key accounts and above on how to re-qualify, build strong businesses, and qualify for Sales Incentive scheme and other sales-supporting programs.
- Keep track and monitor the Sales Incentive scheme and performance of sales-supporting programs to assist key accounts in achieving their higher award tracking goals.
- Partner with key accounts to monitor and provide feedback to management for timely actions.
4/Manage and monitor activities of key accounts to ensure it complies with Amway code of conduct regulation & policies
- Conduct education programs on rules of conduct and ethics.
- Monitor compliance and resolve issues related to sales plans and incentives.
5/ Event Management:
- Organize rewarding trips, recognition events, and rallies to achieve sales targets and motivate distributors.
6/ Team Management:
- Overall management of performance, motivate, and reward team members effectively.
- Recruit and develop a qualified and engaged team.
- Provide on-the-job and external training to enhance capabilities and skills of the team
- Create development plans for staff retention and business expansion.
7/Lead important sales initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or above with at least 8 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Mangement, Route to Market, or any related fields
- Have at least 3 years in leadershp positions with strong experience in people management & leadership skills
- Experience in FMCG or B2B Sales Management will be an advantage
- Visionary with business acumen mindset, ability to turn idea into action.
- Good in data analysis, strategic business planning and informed decision making.
- Effective partnership builder with influential communication skills, strong leadership, and managerial capabilities
- Highly adaptable with strong change management skills
- Expert communicator in both Vietnamese and English with impactful presentation abilities
- Skilled in developing, coaching, and motivating others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude and maturity
- Willingness to travel extensively.
