Objectives:
- Develop and manage large key accounts in Vietnam in cooperation and coordination with other Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence divisions
- Direct sales to new customers
- Nurture potential Hexagon customers
Job Dimensions:
The role is part of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's strategic business development activity in Vietnam and is integral to achieving revenue growth targets. This role will necessitate the formation of strong business relationships across a range of account types.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, staff, international management team
- Comfortable in interacting with C-suite-level people
- Good in building strong rapport and trust with customers
- Report sales activity and forecast pipeline through salesforce.com
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes is required, with an appreciation of CAD/CAM/CMM and factory operations
- Experience in coordination of pre-sales and post-sales engineering support
Responsibilities:
General Self-Management
- To develop positive relationships with the key stakeholders and partners relevant to the business
- To ensure effective and appropriate communication at all levels within the company
- Share product, market, and competitor knowledge with colleagues and management
- Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, standards and policies, ensuring that the company's image and reputation are maintained
Commercial
- To achieve targeted revenue and growth KPI's
- Contribute towards the setting of business objectives
- Effectively implement strategies for targeted business development and revenue growth
- Provide commercial support and assistance to existing resellers
- Target and sign new resellers and support them throughout the induction process, ensuring that they are effective within the shortest possible time
- Instigate and execute specific marketing activities
- Provide feedback on market information together with customers and partners product requirements
Education & Experience:
- BS in Engineering or related industry experience
- At least 3 years of experience of technical sales or related products in the manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of the Automotive, Shipbuilding, Electronic and Heavy manufacturing industries in Vietnam
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
- Chinese speaking is essential
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Good organization and planning skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications and SFDC
- Able to travel extensively for business throughout the region
