Responsibilities
- Managing customer in Modern Trade channel: Health & Beauty; Pharmacy, Supermarket,...
- Establish sales goals and orientation, development strategy and sales plan for customers according to the company's strategic direction
- Implement sales & promotion plan, and forecast sales in - out for each customer
- Develop new customers; Plan new product development strategies as required
- Manage revenue, related cost and staff in MT & PG/BA team
- Report business results; sales - cost plans and other requests from CCO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant major
- 2+ years of work experience in the same position
- Good communication and negotiation skills
