Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer in Modern Trade channel: Health & Beauty; Pharmacy, Supermarket,...
  • Establish sales goals and orientation, development strategy and sales plan for customers according to the company's strategic direction
  • Implement sales & promotion plan, and forecast sales in - out for each customer
  • Develop new customers; Plan new product development strategies as required
  • Manage revenue, related cost and staff in MT & PG/BA team
  • Report business results; sales - cost plans and other requests from CCO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant major
  • 2+ years of work experience in the same position
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
