Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning, managing and developing customers effectively
- Identify and list of potential customers in assigned area
- Assign customers and areas in charge to sales staff
- Ensure employees understand and implement monthly targets
- Visit customers with sales staff weekly to directly coaching, including: Prepare a visit plan and purpose Offer, product introduction, promotion, order taking Support staff in selling and negotiation skills.
- Report to update actual sales weekly/daily on CRM
- Report on analyzing business results and KPIs compared to targets, suggesting an effective improvement plan
- Create and send sales forecast accurately, on time
- Supervise sales staff to conduct customer survey
- Conduct customer surveys periodically
Requirement:
- Graduate from university
- Having at least 3-yearexperience of sales in Food & Beverage (Horeca)
- Be able to well communicate in English
- Potential of persuasion and selling skill
- Good at communication skill
- Good at presentation skill
- Be able to build and develop relationships - Leadership potential
- Be proactive at work
- Customer-oriented mindset
