Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented KOL Management Executive.
- Working location: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic KOL Management Executive to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with KOLs and Influencers to create effective advertising campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify potential KOLs who fit the brand profiles and campaign goals of our clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with KOLs to establish a strong network for campaign execution.
- Negotiate terms, including pricing, deliverables, and commissions with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle the contract process from initial negotiation through to execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of KOL activities into broader campaign strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging KOLs to keep strategies relevant and effective.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience performing as the same role in agencies;
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in KOL or influencer management within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
