Responsibility
- Identify and Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and establish partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), product promotion service providers, and agencies to boost brand visibility and product promotion.
- Manage Influencer Services: Coordinate and manage services with KOLs, KOCs, and other partners in alignment with company projects and objectives.
- Negotiate and Contract Management: Engage in negotiations, cost discussions, and contract agreements with influencers, ensuring terms are favorable for the company.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of product promotions in collaboration with KOLs and KOCs to ensure they align with business goals.
- Live Event Coordination: Organize and set up live events, including scene preparation and scheduling, to execute successful projects.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the team leader and handle tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Having experience in the fields of FMCG/ Beauty/ Health care is an advantage.
- Have good communication skills, good coordination within the department and skills in planning, organising work, and managing time.
- Have knowledge and love for the cosmetics and skincare industry.
- Proficient in office software such as Excel/Word/PPT.
- Good English communication.
