Job Title: Korean Business Development Manager
Reporting Line: Hellmann Vietnam Country Head of Sales
General Purpose: To drive Korean MNCs and VN-KR Trade-lane growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
KOREAN MNCs Business Growth
- Act as company's ambassador in promoting HWL towards Korean communities in VN & KR.
- Accountable for commercial strategy within key priorities.
- Drive assigned sales budget based on business planning and expectation for growth.
- Work collaboratively with respective departments and stakeholders to ensure successful business execution process.
- Support the adherence to SOP and conflict resolution within sales account ownership.
- Conduct related market survey and provide insights when required.
- Maintain data quality in HWL's system.
- Take up additional tasks where appropriate.
VNKR Trade-lane growth
- Analyze market trends, and customers demands to identify growth opportunities & trade lane growth strategies.
- Drive the overall VN KR Trade-lane development program in alignment with countries management & local sales force.
- Lead the major RFQs & slot bidding in alignment with OMT & respective countries.
- Conducting joint visits with local Sales, & Products, to support business growth; customer retention or specific sales & marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution on trade lane activities.
