Summary
Our client is seeking a Korean Relationship Manager to join the team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network to bring in Korean clients, both already in Vietnam and those planning to enter the market. This role focuses on business development rather than service delivery, requiring a strategic individual with excellent networking skills.
DELIVERABLES & KPIs
- Increase the number of Korean clients and achieve the monthly target of net revenue.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key institutions and chambers of commerce.
- Successfully coordinate between prospects and local team members for service provision.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Implement the firms business development strategy targeting Korean companies in Vietnam, including forming and maintaining relationships with key institutions and chambers of commerce.
- Attend and organize local events, draft marketing documents, and participate in seminars to promote the firms services.
- Promote the company and its services to increase the number of clients, supporting marketing activities in Asia.
Client Coordination:
- Follow up and coordinate between prospects and local team members for service provision, including market-entry analysis, corporate services, accounting services, treasury services, international tax planning, local tax compliance, and relocation of residence.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the firms services.
- Monitor the progress of each mandate to meet clients expectations.
Consultancy and Reporting:
- Provide professional consultancy related to corporate and tax for Korean clients based on the advice provided by the local professional team.
- Participate in marketing planning and report to the Managing Director on the status of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the local professional team to deliver services and manage client relationships.
- Perform market research and draft reports as needed.

DETAILS
Reporting Line: Managing Director in Vietnam and CEO of Asia practice
Team Management: Act as an Individual Contributor
Compensation: Base Salary + bonus for successful cases
Benefits: 13-month salary, Private Healthcare package, Team-building activities.

Working Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Requirements
Open to: South Korean Nationals
Language Requirement: Korean, English
Academic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Law, Accounting, or Similars.
Certifications: Lawyer Certificate or CPA preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
