Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and execute training programs for hospitality operations, both non-management and management team members
  • Assess trainees progress and improve the program so it is practical, fun, and measurable
  • Follow up and assist trainees in key milestones: post graduation, assignment to their residence, 1-2-3 months into the job, etc.
  • Inspire M Village mission and the beauty of hospitality industry to new joiners
  • Assist new joiners to blend in with M Village culture and operations as soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having experience in hospitality operations is a plus
  • Passionate in learning activities & developing people
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide staff
  • Advanced both English & Vietnamese
