About The Role
He/She is responsible for inspecting and testing the raw materials, semi-products & finished products quality to make sure they meet required levels of quality
Handling, notification, evaluation and inspection report of Non-conforming cases
What you will do
- Perform the testing and inspecting follow standard testing procedures, inspection plan and working instruction requirements
- Report to the supervisor of any abnormalities as arisen during the test
- Recording inspection results in system databases or computer according to established protocols
- Follow up quality issues and improvement actions
- Responsible to check operation, function and calibration of lab equipment
- Making sure that measuring and testing equipment are set up and working correctly
- Monitoring equipment performance to ensure it is operating effectively and efficiently
- Other assignments as deemed necessary by the superior.
- Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental & Sustainability policies and procedures
What you will need
Educational Qualifications
College Degree or above
Relevant Experience
- 2+ years of experience in lab and/or testing/inspecting
- Create reports in writing and on internal ERP or SAP system of inspection results
- Good experience in handling and evaluating of raw materials, semi-products and finished products quality
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills in laboratory testing and equipment are plus
- Familiar with computer basic skill, calibration and measurement equipment
- Prefer basic English
