Large Corporate Relationship Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage and take care of the existing Large Corporate (CIB) customer portfolio and develop new customers. Implement business/product/policy promotion programs of the Branch/CIB Block to customers.
• Carry out loan operation checks and supervision (before and after) according to product procedures and regulations. Supervise the capital usage activities of credit-related customers (guarantee, credit, LC).
• Deploy programs to promote the improvement of CIB customer service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct management officer.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from university or higher, majoring in Finance, Banking, Economics
• Have 1-2 years of experience in equivalent positions, 2 years or more at Relationship Manager Small and Medium Enterprise
• Understanding of the finance - banking industry, banking products/services
• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 01 year of experience in equivalent positions
• Proficient in basic office computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
• Sales skills, good communication skills
• Foreign language: IELTS 6.0 or higher or equivalent certificate
