Job Description:
- Lead the Data team to timely deliver the reports and data analysis requests, maintaining high quality standards.
- Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
- Model data sources to help draw a more comprehensive picture of business flows throughout the system and to enable powerful data analysis.
- Apply programming and visualizing skills to create report/dashboards requested by internal departments.
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability, identify opportunities for data acquisition.
- Maintain existing report/dashboards.
- Implement team process, success measurement across team projects, epics, tasks.
- Participate in various projects outlined by Board of Directors.
- Demonstrate leadership, motivation, and mentorship, contributing to the growth and development of team members.
- Handle other tasks from direct line manager.
Requirements
- At least 4 years working experience as a Data Analyst/Data Engineer or relevant positions.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query is a must.
- Experienced with programming languages: Python
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementations of SQL.
- Experienced building data pipelines, data platform (data-lake, data warehouse, data mart).
- Experienced with building data models from multiple sources.
- Solid experience with many BI tools: Microsoft Power BI, Apache Superset, ...
- Proficient English skills
- Strong responsibility and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new things quickly.
