Company Description

Rockship is a technology consultancy firm based in Tn Bnh. We specialize in AI, low code development, and tech talent acquisition from Vietnam. Our services include tech consultancy with fractional CTO support and implementation capabilities. We have ongoing AI projects such as a Generative Ads platform, an Adaptive AI-powered edtech platform, and a Real Estate Automation platform for residential. We also have other projects including an Office Space Booking platform, a Restaurant management system, and Robotics projects such as Delivery Robot and Security Robot. Additionally, we are working on the next generation of ERP powered by AI.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Software Engineer at Rockship. As Java developer, you will be consulted by our application analysts during the detailed specifications phase for your expert advice, and later on will be involved in the development of layer of services, supported by our internal methodology and frameworks, implementing various integration data flows.

The services can be of various natures:

• Between our Core system and our internal and external front-ends (web-based)
• Between our Core system and other commercial system (such as credit insurer systems, e-invoicing platforms, etc.)
• Between our Core system and other systems in our Clients organizations.
• There is no routine in this position, new challenges will keep flowing

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and/or Commercial Certificates

6+ year of exp with Core Java packages client-server and web/network technologies, with deep knowledge in OOP and Software design patterns

Practical experience in the following areas Spring MVC web application and RESTful web service framework, JDBC/SQL

Oracle SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures

Get knowledge of Version Source Control (Git/ Mercurial)

Good English, written and spoken

High responsibility & high reliability.
