Job Description
Be in charge of the technological architecture for working and growing of our company business by developing, executing, managing and evaluating the company's technological setup, and directly reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.
Location: Hanoi OR Danang
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership
- Oversee our technical architecture and align it with our business and technological goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management & Product Design to ensure cohesive and holistic architectural approaches.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in architectural design and decision-making processes.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Design and Innovation:
- Lead the design of our system architecture with a keen focus on scalability, security, and performance. Your role is crucial in introducing innovative practices and technologies within our tech stack.
Collaborative Team Leadership:
- Forge strong connections with engineering teams, product managers, product designers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive development and implementation of projects.
Mentorship and Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Solution Evaluation:
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our engineering capabilities and improve efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with quality standards, including conducting code reviews and architectural assessments.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify technical risks and devise strategies to ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
Qualifications
- At least 710 years of experience in software architecture/development of web or enterprise application platform
- At least 2 years at senior management level
- Exceptional leadership, project management and planning and organization skills
- Excellent English
- Rich experience in Node.js, React.js (nextjs) and .NET
- Experience in react native is a plus
- Experienced in raphql, postgresql
- Rich experience in CI/CD pipelines
- Rich experience in AWS infra (ecs, lambda)
- Serverless, microservice design, docker
- Ecommerce project experience is a plus
- Good if have experience in shopify integration
