We are looking for a salaried full-time Lead Developer in Ho Chi Minh City (D1) to join us as soon as possible.
What would be your job at Teamflow
- You orchestrate the developers in the HCMC office so that they deliver software in high-quality and on time.
- You work productively with your Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the Lead Developer of our development office in Kigali, Rwanda.
- You also develop, test, and maintain applications yourself, following best practices and modern architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM).
- You ensure that the team adheres to coding and other standards and follows CI/CD practices.

- You are a seasoned full-stack developer and combine skills in back-end development with front-end and/or AI engineering.
- You lead by example, setting a high bar for quality, professionalism, and accountability. You are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel empowered to grow, excel, and contribute their best work. You actively provide constructive feedback and ensure the team aligns with company standards and best practices.
- Agile software development practices and clean code are second nature to you.
- You have a can-do attitude, are proactive, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You are interested in the latest trends and technologies and are open to work in a sometimes-challenging intercultural context.
- You have very good knowledge of spoken and written English and are able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are legally allowed to work in Vietnam.
