Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead System Engineer at VNTT. The Lead System Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design. They will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations throughout VNTT and our clients.

The candidate need a combination of technical, managerial, and soft skills. A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field is necessary, as well as at least five years of experience in network engineering or system administration. You must be knowledgeable in network protocols, standards, and tools such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, SNMP etc., as well as network security principles and practices like encryption, authentication, firewall and VPN. Additionally, experience in leading and managing network projects and teams is essential.

Good communication skills are also important for this role; excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities are also required. Certification in network engineering or system engineering such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or MCSE may also be beneficial.

Having experiences in the field of Telecommunication and NOC could be you competitive advantage.
