THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Learning & Development lead who will be responsible for:
- Building and driving end-to-end learning organization that fosters a culture of continuous learning and knowledge creation at all levels, to help organization acquiring new knowledge, adapting to change and leveraging insights to improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Leading learning agenda of leadership & core capabilities to ensure meeting organizational and functional needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build learning organization
- Create initiatives to develop innovative, commercial, and continuous learning opportunities for mass employees.
- Build learning habits by applying 10/20/70 formula.
- Nurture the pool of internal Trainers, Mentors, Coaches who can conduct training, sharing, mentoring, coaching sessions to transfer the unique knowhow, experience of organization and develop next-gen leader for AIA Vietnam.
- Be a Learning Advisor for all Functions about functional capabilities development.
Lead learning agenda of leadership & core capabilities
- Design and conduct learning need analysis at enterprise level with priority of Manager effectiveness.
- Provide and learning agenda with diverse learning intervention including blended, e-learning, gamification, etc.
- Leverage learning programs from Group to serve for AIA Vietnam's needs.
- Maximize internal training to engage and leverage the knowhow from AIA's experts.
- Select and propose external training and manage the quality of delivery of external training.
Implement learning operation efficiency
- Design and execute learning policy and process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of learning and services delivered.
- Manage learning systems and learning data.
- Manage learning budget under HR Build
Deliver training courses and be a facilitator for workshop.
Initiate and/or participate in projects that are aligned with broader HR strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduates with minimum 10 years of experience and advanced knowledge with design, development, and implementation of learning solutions
- Certification / Licenses required: certified coach/ trainer is a must
- Data analysis to collect, gather, and analyze data and present concise actionable results
- Strong Project Management Skills to lead both regional and local projects
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills to respond to issues and enquiries
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high quality work while working independently
- Leadership Essentials (ideally: 3 persona): Collaborative Challenger, Determined Business Driver and Caring Mentor.
